Full-time case manager for dynamic rehabilitation program needed immediately! Work in beautiful clinic setting. Manage client programs, coordinate services, plan objectives, goals and actions designed to meet client needs. Must be able to work as part of interdisciplinary team. Must be able to manage relationships with clients, families, insurance co., etc. Will monitor and evaluate plan effectiveness and make changes as required. Fast-paced, interesting clinic environment! Requirements: Bachelor's in healthcare related field required, Master's preferred. Minimum 2-5 years experience in case management in rehab environment, CCM preferred.

PHYSICAL THERAPIST Our Bakersfield, California facility currently has an opening for a full time Physical Therapist, licensed (or eligible) in California. The position is Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM. Our nursing staff is responsible for professional nursing care for our post-acute brain injured clients at our clinic and residential setting in Irving, Texas. The CNS nurses assess client's medical status, administer or supervise the administration of prescribed medications and treatments, observe client reactions, take vital signs, report, and document. The nursing staff accompanies the clients on medical appointments and works in conjunction with the rehab team to increase function.
